This design-build project was constructed adjacent to Christensen Dodge. Though the Dodge store was completed the year before, Brent Brown Toyota of very comparable quality was built with 50% savings on both cost and the amount of time needed for construction. This is attributed to the trusting and cooperative mindset of all the team members.
Honda of Orem (now Ken Garff Honda)

A design-build project that had to incorporate the Hondo Corporation’s required elements. This was one of the first stores to incorporate the new Honda Wave Design. Since this store is located between two other dealership, it was important for this dealership to stand out from the others. This was accomplished not only with the award design but also with the lighting. The store and the sales lot lighting lumens are substantially brighter; yet the initial and operating cost is less.
Intermountain Volkswagen

This was a unique German design. In addition, it is located in a very prominent locale along the Interstate. Both matters were important for the owner. Today it is still easily noticed by all the commuters that drive by making it a very successful operation.

The facility offers over 10,000 square feet of showroom which is not common but was very important to the owner. In addition, it has a fully stocked pro shop, and 4 state of the art service bays. Ease of access and customer satisfaction were critical.

This is the largest dealership in the Farmington area. Its service area includes the surrounding communities miles away. It was important to build a complete, one-stop dealership. Not only is there a large display and sales area but also a huge parts and service areas. In addition, there is a Quick Lane for fast lube and oil changes.
