This is a two-story, 66-room property. All single, double and suite accommodations offer queen beds, as well as guest laundry and jacuzzi. Ellsworth Paulsen Construction Services worked with the owner to obtain the construction and permanent financing for this project. Construction took 7 months with the last three months taking place during wintertime. Value engineering allowed the budget to accommodate important upgrades in the finishes that were requested by the owner. A formed partnership between the owner and contractor allowed this to be a very successful project.

This five level, 150 room hotel provides convenient accommodations for those attending events at the adjacent Dixie Convention Center, while also benefiting the active tourist economy of southern Utah. It offers one of the few high-end lodging alternatives available in the St. George area.

This is a 50 room hotel. They challenge was to build this in record time while maintaining the Days Inn quality requirements. Included in the amenities is the breakfast bar and a indoor swimming pool and spa. Each room was to be equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.
