This three story medical complex is defined by its beautiful Porte Cochere at the main entry. The building was constructed of steel joist and deck, concrete floors, steel studs walls, and an E.I.F.S. and glass exterior. The building houses x-ray and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment which requires special accommodations. This project required two basement mechanical rooms to house the full boiler and chiller environmental controls.

 

 

Northshore Corporate Center

This corporate center comprises two Class A Office Buildings right on the 500 East exist of I-15. The team managed to build class A for about the price of similar class B building. This was accomplished using a design-build approach. Construction included 100% of the tenant finish.

 

 

Bank of American Fork Orem Branch

For Bank of American Fork, this is a very unique building. While it houses a bank branch on the main floor, it also provides 62,500 square feet of class A office space. Located on the corner of University Mall, it has become a landmark part of Orem. The building is noted for its blue green window wall and its eccentric shapes. 

 

 

Broadstone Office Building

The Broadstone Office complex comprises 6 class B+ offices approximately 20,000 square feet each. It was important to assure that tenant areas could be subdivided into much smaller leasable spaces. The biggest restraint was to maintain a class B+ quality but make budget. Working in a team approach made this possible.

Built on a wet farm site, the property and infrastructure had to be put together first. A charming exterior is enhanced by architectural concrete walls and a fountain that uses existing ground water developed by a system of pumps. The interior is set off by massive wood and steel trusses, high ceilings and custom woodwork and furnishings.
