Central Utah Multi-Specialty Clinic is a 54,000 sq. ft., two story, steel and concrete structure with a stone and E.I.F.S. exterior. It includes a 30 car parking structure in a basement level. The building houses noteworthy x-ray and “body-mapping” technologies which are coordinated with dual, in-house Linear Accelerator treatment centers. The Linear Accelerators are built with advanced construction techniques using heavy weight concrete in floors, walls and ceilings that vary from 3 feet to 7 feet in thickness with 1/8 inch-minus tolerances. Included in the building arre doctors’ offices and examination and treatment rooms.
Dixie Regional Medical Center

This significant attached addition to the existing hospital had to be done without upsetting on-going operations and without disturbing patients. The thirty foot excavation was through rock and water. The work was done without a complaint and was completed on time.
Excel Eye Center of Provo

The challenge was to convert an old Golds Gym Facility into a medical office facility. The facility was completely gutted and finished to accommodate the stringent health standards required by Excel Eye Center. On the upper level a plastic and facial reconstructive surgery was built. Amenities include exam rooms, LASIK procedure rooms, and an optical laboratory for making glasses and contact lenses. The building was brought up to all current building codes including the addition of an elevator, fire sprinklers, and a fire alarm system. The exterior architectural appearance of the building was modified with the introduction of new colors, materials, and textures characteristic of a building used by premium health care professionals.
North Davis IHC Clinic

This prototypical primary care center is oriented toward providing outpatient services and is designed to house up to twenty-four physicians. The design & construction incorporate the following: new corporate image, patient focused design and aesthetics, integration of interior and exterior design, emergency service facilities and diagnostic center.
Medical Center Co Lc

The North University Medical Center is a 42,000 square foot building located at the site of the doctors’ former offices. The medical center consists of three levels of office space with underground parking facilities. This project presented the unique challenge of meeting the needs of a variety of health professionals, which include distinctive office layout, medical equipment, and patient accessibility. This was efficiently and effectively handled by using the design-build process allowing quick adaptation to all physician needs.
